Pretty obvious "they" are doing all they can to try to prevent shareholders continuing "interest" in these shares. Having the green light from the SEC a long time ago... and still not filing the form with FINRA means what... ?

Maybe they want to kill any residual perception of value, and then buy back the risk for nothing... ???

I think I have what I need... and shareholders going away and losing interest... that ain't gonna happen...

Shareholders WILL be made whole... without any asset value discounts...
