The A/S,O/S is bloated - i hope we call all agree with that, at 405m O/S and the most recent strike price of .09 it would valu the HK enterprise at about $40M,,to me that seems a bit high. Well one things for sure, the new HK management sure are a PR machine, now if only some price increase could occur, i would bet that most investors are in the red on HK positions..
