12snap snaps up Add2Phone's mobile ad technology

UK-based Mobile marketing company 12snap has signed a cooperation agreement with Finland-based Add2Phone. The companies are teaming up to use and distribute Add2Phone's SMS and MMS mobile marketing and CRM software to European markets.
The off-the-shelf product has been designed for clients who want direct control of their mobile marketing activities. It will allow them to plan, schedule, and execute campaigns with the help of Add2Phone's technology and 12snap's business network and operator connections.
The partnership allows both companies to boost their capabilities, and will make it easier for customers to execute more campaigns.
12snap claims to be Europe’s leading mobile marketing and media sales company. It delivers marketing and CRM programs by combining SMS, voice/sound, web, WAP, EMS and MMS with its own technology. 12snap currently has over 18 million aggregated permission based opt-in users in the UK, Germany and Italy, making it the largest mobile marketing channel in Europe.
