June 11, 2008 (FinancialWire) Carefree Group Inc. (OTC: CRFU) has completed a ten-to-one reverse split of its issued and outstanding shares of common stock effective market open on June 11. The symbol for the company will change from CRFE to CRFU.

Shareholders will be deemed to hold one share for every ten shares held previously.
