There is a full realm of ideas and why we get confused at times, is this the next company we can believe in and so forth. #1 They want our money we want theirs yet 99% or better will fail so we will always label is a scam.

Oh yes there are scams but when it comes down to it who uses who and where does the money come from to defend the company or if the company decides to prosecute a shareholder (of course just a slap on the hand warning) we already know where the money comes from if a shareholder wishes to go after a company.
