Yep a company that was been run to the ground. KK could not have done better. But who knows. Maybe TS bought something big. That was alot of shares. Thing is the man shows no respect for commons so far. Also TS can not pay off cds if above .01. Kind of tells you something. He must not want this above that.
So far this is not the type of company or man I thought I was investing in. A joke really. Lined his pockets and KK's. Screwed the commons.


Also all these CD's are payable in cash at a 20% penalty premium but the price of the stock MUST be below .01 for the CEO to pay any of it off.
