Someone posted last week an E-mail from IR that said they would rather buy back around a penny as a buisness decision.

IMO,,They ignor the main issue to audit the fins and uplist.

WOULD RATHER THEY DO THIS THEN BUYBACK SHARES !!!!!!!!
