Mechanical Engineer

Our ideal candidate will have strong mechanical design skills, CAD modeling skills (Pro-Engineer), finite element analysis and ability to analyze new and existing design concepts. Experience in a production environment and familiarity with test equipment, FDA design control procedures, and geometric dimensioning required.



Telemarketer

Seeking experienced telemarketer (part-time). This position has the potential to become full-time. Candidate must be energetic, enthusiastic and able to work well independently and as part of a team. Must be computer literate and have at least 6 months telemarketing experience. Duties include, but are not limited to, outbound calls, weekly reporting, assisting with promotions and mailing. Candidates for the quality assurance position must possess two years experience and the ability to read prints.



Regulatory Affairs/Quality Manager

Seeking candidate fro a key management position in Quality/Regulatory Affairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing, planning, organizing, implementing and coordinating activities related to compliance with FDA's Quality Standard Regulations and ISO 9001. This position is also responsible for assuring compliance to foreign regulatory laws, for securing approvals and clearance to ship new and existing products overseas.



Responsibilities include:

Developing, Implementing and maintaining necessary quality systems to insure compliance with all regulatory agencies and plant procedures

Directing, managing and performing all internal audits, including tracking and follow-up on all corrective and preventative actions

Own and maintain the facility's ECO and RGA systems

Maintaining and insure proper filing of all required compliance documents, submissions, registrations etc.

Develop and manage department strategic plans and budgets to achieve company goals

Develop organizational structure and skill levels to achieve company goals

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent

5+ years in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing at a managerial level

Must have hands on experience with FDA inspections, including interaction, follow-through documentation and product submissions

Strong knowledge of product sterilization procedures and requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
