I do (imo) not yet consider them as cheap shares.

What has happened since it was at the 20 cents area, regarding truely fundamental facts (investigations, drilling dates, oil present).

Not that much. Only the fact the the company is crawling from underneath its rock and the and the subsidairy and the new guy and. . . etc. etc. etc.?
