Not a good report gary and i hope things improve faster than you expect.....My daughter lives in Austin and things are booming there....My medium range goal is to accumulate 10,000 ytec as i see it as another cada which went from 4 to 40 and just got bought out....yes, ytec is banking related but it is chinese banking ....not a sure thing but just the play i like at the moment and there are not many....I hope to see oil peak by late july...next few USA corporate reports should be poor but the market should look past that at some point if oil cools down and consumers feel better...I just put some awesome property up for sale in Ivins, Utah adjoing some 1500 ft red cliffs....like sadona....normally would sell quickly but i fear not in this market but i am in no hurry...in my LV neighborhood houses have dropped about 30% in the last 18 months or maybe a little more....condos for sale everywhere that were 275 two yrs ago and now 190....overbuilding everywhere on the strip and i dont know how that will end...hollar if you get a good stock!!!! We need Stan to surface with a couple of his good picks.
