I couldn't care less about PERFECT spelling, etc, except the chuckle of an occasional "looooser" inside joke.....I **think** all the I-hubbub was the inconsistency of a self-declared genius doing so.....glad to see you are also human.....so I agree with you there, no big deal....

anyway, what do you wish to discuss???...**specifically**, what is your QUESTION(S)???....I see you **say** you want to talk facts, but really, all you are doing is interpolating like everyone else here on a few root PRs and filings, about a Co with a notorious history of not following through....and not once, twice, etc....MANY times....how can a person say things like lets just dismiss events such as Toms River, etc, when trying to come to a credibility decision????......and speaking of "cherry picking", what was that you said about the buyout price probably being lower, because the original offer was $110M??....I see you didn't respond to MY post where I said it was tough luck for IA, **they** said $1.50 on a FULLY DILUTED BASIS, and that was the latest statement we have, so they shouldn't have said they will Tender at that PPS if they can't afford $150M worse case.......and so far that's how it LOOKS, they need to go overseas to MAYBE get the money after saying such things in PRs????...excuse me, but WTF????....

Then there is KFA, the same "Co" that **DEFAULTED** on $200K in a $2M deal.....I could go on and on.....

(BTW, I've heard the "telephone game" so many times now, its meaningless...."I talked to Herda, Larry, etc"....it has no weight in my book if not documented for all to read)....

I used to trade this stock, but now just follow out of interest....but I am surprised by this comment of yours....surely, someone with business acumen understands that is a VERY good ROI trading range.....yes, because of low dollar volume, a person isn't going to create much WEALTH, but certainly a very respectable PROFIT.....and it certainly beats LOSING money, like many have done on paper so far, much of it since IA came on the scene....if a person can make 50% trading this stock every few weeks or so, more power to them.....but I'm out for my own reasons now....and as long as you're discussing WEALTH, I'm pretty sure most of it in this country hasn't been created via penny stocks (except maybe some insiders here and there).....once again, what is a Business Guru like yourself doing believing the dream here will be any different than the average penny stock????.....any picks besides this one??? (ex: most people here know the disk drive stock I like very much, and how well it has done...oh wait, its only DOUBLED in the past year, with all kinds of trading opportunities thrown in....horrible ROI)....

then you repeat this stuff about shorts, when all the evidence says this is not so....you go by TOTAL shares shorted in almost two years, as stated by some "short-squeeze" type penny web site????....I'm **sure** you understand the inventory nature of much of the institutional shorting that happens in stocks....right???....lets be real, shorts are just another bogeyman, like PAID BASHERS....(when the real culprit looks like DILUTION and no PRODUCT or SERVICE to sell)....

which brings me to the next point, and only a fair question to ask, so please don't be offended: are YOU getting compensated in any way besides normal free-market trades for posting????....I ask, because its hard to take some of the things you say in good faith, especially with your professed background....you really think the average person will make WEALTH here??? (or 60/40 chance, whatever).....

oh, and as far as the "group theory" thing....you may be right, so what????....a person can only spread themselves so thin, and this seems to me as good a place as any to discuss some of the (real or perceived) unfair practices in this kind of market.....and I like conversing with most people here, even those who share views different than mine....that's America....and I really believe someday people will look back at this "wild west" of penny stocks (and even big boards, as we have seen) in disbelief at the lack of enforcement and/or the skewed rules of the "game" (such as safe harbor abuse allowing statements to not made in good faith, if you file it late; its OK, at least you filed eventually, all that kind of garbage)......especially for unaccountable Nevada Cos.....
