wEaReLeGiOn, As accurate as you may SEEM, and speaking from experience, Greys if we are De-listed will not be visible on L2, it is a market maker exchange only, where trades are called in, however it doesn't mean the stock is dead, only it is undergoing changes, usually as might be the case here, a symbol or CUSIP change(Did swift forget to leave that out, if this be the case, gloom and doom PR right), hence anyone with a short had BETTER watch out because this will usually force a short covering(DING), Based on the current CMF, I don't think that will come to play here personally, however at this ridiculous SP, I personally will watch my shares turn to dust only to follow with an assessment of what has happened, thus generating legal actions if it seems fit, based on professional analysis of a third party. We may loose now, however in the long run with tax right offs and/or court orders to pay, who knows
