"For AERO to back there claims with real or responsive customer service and satisfaction to my liking beats any amount of diagnostic testing any day."

Some companies like maganflow do both, why? because customers like to see what the product will actually do, if the company has no confidence and wont spend the money on tests and make them public to back up their claims then that is a huge red flag, Magnaflow has posted their dyno results on hundreds if not thousands of different vehicles showing horsepower and torque gains, the difference between magnaflow and Aero is that Magnaflow does not have outlandish customer testimonials posted on its website about fuel mileage gains, Aero does!

So Aero should back up those testimonials and claims with unbiased 3rd party tests and prove it in my opinion, simply offering a 30 day money back gaurantee and a lifetime gaurantee is laughable, especially for a company in such financial distress per its last filing than I have to ask you, what good is a warranty on a company that may not be in business in a couple months? ever heard of companies honoring warranties on mufflers from a company that has gone bankrupt? Because from the looks of Aero's last filing that is the direction they are headed in my opinion.

As walman suggested earlier the company would have huge sales if they provided tests on the product and I agree with him, if the mufflers do as they claim then that would be the best advertising too, the absence of such tests proving those fuel mileage gains shows the world that the claims are not reliable and not even close to reality, as in the words of Kevin Mclelland from Flowmaster "more often than not a Horsepower gain will NOT increase fuel mileage with a performance muffler installed" and he should be considered an expert in the field and that information if far more reliable than testimonials on a website with no name attatched to them.

The focus is and has been the sale of shares not product, the filings show very poor sales and revenues from aero for over 9 years now, yes that is correct, Aero has been around for 9 years claiming this and that but never producing real sales of significance ever in its history, the market and consumers are not impressed and the dealers apparently are not either.
