I have a comment and a question.

Comment: Is there a way to filter out the pumpers and bashers? Someone just mentioned..."This stock is going to 50" Regardless of the time frame, 50 is close to several years or more away. I'd much rather discuss the short term possibilities. Im not sure if my sentiment is shared with others.

Question: I am a newb to the max, so bear with my question. I heard the conference call and it seems like a pretty good investment. They mentioned a very large amount a value with only 5% of the land accounted for. What could/should this do with the share price over the next couple of week...considering there isnt anymore news coming out for a while? Also, do you believe that the PPS will decrease over the next few weeks until the report due near the end of July is released?
