I was using the "finalized" part because I'm skeptical of everything now after the wording used in the press releases and the website regarding the share structure. I feel those clever lines are there as insurance for when it doesn't happen as stated. "expecting" to be distributed within weeks, "no intention" to raise shares, etc. For all I know final negotiations could mean they filled out an application. Who knows? You don't. I don't. I'm not here to bash the company, but I don't think it is being greedy to want to protect my money by turning over every leaf. Shady things are happening and I just hope it's all for the better of the company in the end and not just insider pockets.
