Hi Bob and Board Members,
I just spent 45 minutes talking with Roger Ellis. He came across as a guy who would and did answer any questions given to him. Some of the questions I asked were:
What roll is Henry Fahman playing in Cavico now.
He is not playing any roll other then being an investor. Now he says investor, but in fact Henry was given his shares for payment for bringing them public.Henry has sold some of his shares ( which we know already to pay bills of his own).
I asked if they were going forward with the partnership with Henry in building the cement factory. They are looking into it but as of yet have not started any building.
The shares coming into the market now are from brokers who were given shares to start trading Cavico, and these brokers sold these shares to their clients. Some shares were given to employees and we do not know how many of those we will see.Vendors were given shares and they were part of the million and a half we saw a couple of weeks ago. Also people like Hawk and others were given shares and quite possible are selling them.
Rogers company does not want to jump in with both feet until all these shares are into the market, they do not take over IR work while a company is in this stage of volitility.
His company is going to be arranging for them to go on the road and to get the word out about the company,as well as bringing in new investors that are interested in the Asin Markets. They have several other companies they represent which are in China.
Cavico is and will be looking into Real Estate as investments,as well as becoming partners with other companies in building, such as power plants, mining, etc. and he named the Cavico Towers as a start.
He also talked about what we discussed on the board about people who could take the company in the wrong direction and they want to make sure the company avoids the pitfalls that are out there.
I asked how much more of this selling could we expect to see.The number mentioned for vendors that could possible be selling was 5 million shares. There could be more,he is not sure of who will be keeping and who will be selling.
The next question I asked was a beauty because I was not aware that Crocker was his boss, lol :(
I asked if he knew anything about this guy Crocker, because the board is not happy with him being involved with the company. He said of course he knew Crocker,he is his boss.
I wiped the pie off my face and continued with other questions.Namely contracts.he said they are not going to be putting out any fluff PR's,only those that have good substance to them,Financials, contracts, acquisitions, job completions etc.
We left off that we will keep in touch and he is going to monitor the board to see the concerns of the Investors.I believe he was sincere and very knowledgeable about the company and very open to any questions thrown his way. I was satisified with the conversation and will speak with Roger again.
I also called Tim and left a message for him to call me as soon as possible.I will let the board know when he does call
