People have been saying that "now is not the time" for 4 years.
LOL
Trading shares are just that---to trade with. If price points dont get hit the money just stays in the bank. No big deal. (I have a buy is at .47)
Granted its pretty much been dead money the last couple of years BUT there were a few opportunities.
Plus trading this issue has been anything but a gamble.
