Biotent, you say your in the industry? A little help here. Is this normal what you see below? Is this required by anyother Bio-D plants that your aware of? And when your done with that LOL, Why do you think the Bio-D plants are in failure around the country? DO you see any reasons why this one is failing? Can you maybe inform the people here what needs to be done for this plant to suceed?

Ok here is the 1st part, is this norm in the "Industry"?
"The facility has been designated as a HAZMAT facility, which can clearly be seen from the signage and also the US DOT and US DHS HAZMAT security perimeter fence. Due to HAZMAT requirements and also new Homeland Security Directives regarding the security and storage of materials than can be used in the manufacture of illegal drugs and explosive material, you will first be required to have a background check performed by the Covington County Sheriff’s Department. Sheriff Dennis Meeks has been copied on this email.

If you receive background clearance by the Sheriff’s department, the company may elect to schedule a visit for you in the near future No video will be permitted in accordance with HAZMAT security guidelines and you will be required to sign an injury waiver release and confidentiality agreement. A company official and a member of the Covington County Sheriff’s Department or the Opp Police Department will be present while you tour the facility
