This to me is the problem with the P/R

"is happy to announce that they are in final negotiations with Pilot Travel Centers to supply Hydro Power Functional Water"

This means that the deal ain't done!! Better to announce this when it is iron clad tight and done then you have no wiggle room since what is going to happen is that Pilot will get bombarded with calls asking about where the product is.
