Very well said weatherdude. The best tactic imo is to step away from the board and let this one unfold. It isn't a minute to minute situation. See what Clayton and the attorneys say and if necessary pick up the phone to him and ask questions- don't rely on rumor and innuendo.

I call Clayton about every 10 days and keep the discussion on topic- I have always found him extremely courteous and clear in his comments. If he can't say something he says so.
