The facts are IMO that these builds take alot of time. They have Safety issues they must adhere to. What I don't understand is why there is no update as to the the status of the new building? His PR stated construction to hopefully start in the Spring. Guess not. It's obvious that the PR's put out by Chad were done for a purpose. That purpose was now served so it's WAIT mode until something is put out.
