I have been telling for months that there is no value to a closed down plant. The equipment is not some state of the art system that is in high demand.

This equipment is very simple stuff. You have a tank that holds and feeds the lines that carry water to the filling carousel. Another set of conveyors that bring plastic bottles to the filler spouts. A robotic capping arm and a series of channels and rails that move the finished product to the case packer.

Other than that, there is a pumping system that takes the water from the ground and a filtration chamber to remove impurities. Total value about 1.5 million dollars new. Used and mothballed, about $200,000 if someone even needs it.

I have explained before. We all know that Royal Springs has defaulted on the lease for this property. So, how would they still have any rights to the water? This is foolish for anyone to insist that the stock will have a re-birth. Everyone has taken their hits and some have made big money at $2 and $3 per share.

The infrustruture of this company is no different than 1000 other small bottling plants. Except the other 999 have customers, a business plan and have found a niche where the big boys don't spend time.

A good idea gone bad for so many reasons. There is nothing left here...............get over it!!!!
