I'm sure he had to say this:
"Although Tara Minerals believes that each of these properties has deposits of silver, copper, lead or zinc, the properties are in the exploratory state, do not have any known reserves, and may never produce any of these metals in commercial quantities."
But with his rumored and published schedules, his inability to promote his properties (here or in Frankfurt), Rich reminds me of the question, "Which one of the 3 Stooges was the smartest?"
He needs to hire a CEO; he can't manage himself or his companies. This will continue into the future and will ultimately be reflected in the stock price forevermore.
