you never know.....i doubt it but untill they cancel them they are still in play, i jumped in this because it was shorted from .06 to .0006, the ir lady told me that the shares of osipr are not supposed to be trading, that the ones being traded are ghost shares that the mm's are scaming in hopes that when they cancel the shares they wont have to pay for them...or cover them, i jumped in hoping some big group might try to cause a short position here and run it before..you never know.
