I was a shareholder in a company 10 years ago when the same thing happened. The S.E.C launched an investigation that took 2 years before it was settled. Almost destroyed the company. They weren't permitted to raise capital, nor did they have any P.R.'s for a year.

I believe the same thing is going on with AENP. With the settlement agreement pending (10Q)the company will be free and clear to bring us all up to date on activities.

Greed is an interesting emotion. I wonder when this gets back to $1.50 to $2.00 and most of you are made whole, how many of you will cut and run, or will the greed factor apply and you stick around to take part in the evolvement from a jr. oil & gas company to one of the future succsess stories
