Monday Morning Update from IR:

My wife talked with Eddie Monet again this morning. He reported one delay in contract preparation. Wording is dependent on a response from county clerk (couldn't say what county "of course"). Once required information is received, they will move forward. He was a bit more conservative with timeline this morning, but stated that he expects everything to be wrapped up and contract signed this week.
