hi guys, its on the nv secretary of state web site...i'll post the link, but i'm not sure if it will work. If it doesn't, go to their site and enter the company name under business entity search, and then click on ammendments. I was a bit suspicious when the ir guy would dodge my questions regarding the current share structure. I hope this will be the last of the dilution for a while for the company. This is a great story!
