Striper - I finally got my stock certificate from etrade - but instead of being for 55,000 shares of BPWI.PK, they did a reverse split of 1:250. So after the reverse split my shares equal 220. And on top of that the issued a stock certificate for 114 shares; not enough even to cover the cost to get it unrestricted.
