You guys, John and WSM, seems like fairly experienced guys, you have seen when it and how it goes wrong ?
I cant really rid myself of the thought that the whole thing is a scam. I own the shares, from before the delisting, but do I really own a part of a vietnamese construction company ???
I have never at any point felt like I was regarded as a shareholder by the company. They just print and sell shares with no regard for existing investors. This feels like a vehicle for cheating (naive) investors away from their money.
Is this link to a real company in vietnam just fictitious ?
Do we have any saying on tis company ? Is there for example a general assembly where shareholders could raise their voice and select a new board? (I guess not, but I have invested in companies where this was actually the case)
