Black cat was just trying to give a reasonable perspective for those who never experienced a close small community... And yes, the size of a town and the commitment to make it a better place to live is in direct conflict with larger communities who are disconected from the population. Have you experienced the two different communities or is this just an itellectual exercise on your part?
