Q..People here are missing the point that I have been saying for months that with these cheap stock price some one could come in an buy it for a song.

A...there is 18 million in the float...you would need 25 million to change the course of the company and take it over...assuming all warrents are exercised...insiders hold 12 million plus and Atoll holds 4 million...so a take over is unlikley..

Q.. It is not Rich Wahl or IM that is the biggest threat it is the Russians doing their thing that they are good at -

A...Richard Wall set this company up just like the other s to sack and pillage them...barry Davis was his tool to help him unload...IT WAS PURE GREED...it had nothing to do with being a pawn for the Russians..

Q..that is getting the gov't involved to put out of businesses competitors or taking over businesses.

A...60% of all parts manufactured in russia is imported...Russia desperatly needs to build manufacturing capasity...why would they try to put Atoll out of bussiness?...after all ATOLL as a designated supplier to facilities operated by ROSENERGOATOM, the operator and owner of all of the 31 nuclear reactors in the Russian Federation.and NNRFs bussiness is so small in the cycle so why would they bother?

Q,,, this do nothing management of lawyers and Fortune 500 managers just sit on their hands.
