STOP Pink Sheets no information company

My question is wy this company dont fill necessary documents with pink sheets ?

They talk about business growth but they are not able to fill necessary docs to be current .

So do this company not work with accounting company ??

I follow this stock since 3 weeks and call me a basher if you like but i think more and more there is something strange with them .

Also personaly i agree to say i am stupid .... all time the same story i buy a stock going up then only check informations about the company when it's too late .

So i will keep my poor 2.4m shares of cirt and hope they become current with pink sheets or climb back to take some profit .

But this was my last experience with a company i dont know before to buy .

Due that here if before to buy shares from this company i made some investigation on them and lose some hours to better know them i was not investing any cent anymore in cirt .
