Interesting I wonder how this plays out? Anyone else notice this?
Is this the same Crews that PHGI has a LOI with? Has anyone asked if the LOI is still in effect?

City Council
The Opp City Council consists of 5 members. The Council members are Bobby Ray Owens, District One, Jimmy Rogers, District Two, Mickey Crew, District Three, Davy Lindsey, District Four, and Jim Bradley, District Five.

This could make for an interesting theory?

As mentioned in another post, Do these "Elected" officials hold stock interest? Maybe there is more on the table?

Need to watch the Politcal Contributions this election? I seen where the Beebe's contribute large amounts in local races in the past. What could this mean for the locals in Opp?
