By proceeding to a subpoena, the Commission will be able to obtain not only information that Intel has already committed to provide but also information from other parties

What does this mean? Is the other party AMD? Is Intel suggesting that AMD has been siphoning one sided information to the FTC? Is Intel saying it welcomes the elevation of this case to the point where subpoena’s are issued so that AMD will release information it voluntarily would not make?

Interesting wording by Intel. Wish they could be more explicit.
