Just check out SOLOS ENDOSCOPY INC. Just reversed split for the third time and there were a lot of folk got screwed because the reverse splits before have made the company stronger. Believers will come and if you try to warn them, they will run you away. Happens all the time.



I have one question. If they are going to do it all over again they will need a whole new group of investors, Who? anybody with an ounce of intelligence will see that this is a dieing company when it comes to value. Restructuring???? For what.. These guys are losers or more like bed bugs sleeping with other bed bugs.. They all are the same,,,, They bite..and are parasites on the system.
