Shell Game -- new company is one of about 6 name changes and a bunch of horrible reverse splits. (In a couple of years)
VTEC people were the last people to fleece the shell. Stock dropped liked a a dead duck the day when Reiser came in as CFO.
The new people got a bargain shell set up for them by very bad people.
No more fleecing, for me,I want fair compensation , I will not walk away. I have a paper trail to bury a few players, if needed.If I can't get "fair" compensation I will dig up the bodies and place them at the door step of the new people.I hope to be speaking with company attorney soon.!
