Two items seems important to me. First , why shares are dumped on market ? We all see potential of this company. OK , partly I can accept explanation that those who sell are afraid that someone will sell before them and price will anyway drop. It is only explanation I can find.
Second, if I would be in Chinese management shoes ,I would feel disappointing,for insiders own only !!! half of company. Remember ,there was allocated 35 million shares for private placement with bank ,it seems cancelled just now ,but total o/s left the same.

Can someone provide clear division of 169 million? From fillings I see around 48 million outstanding on 31th march and then added 114 million acquiring assets of Esprit. It is around 162 million.
