I have question on fillings on Pinksheet.com.
In Attorney letter with Respect to Current Information received May 23( period end date April 1) there is following statement :
As of March 31 ,2008 26 ,389,545 common shares were issued and outstanding.
In Initial Company Information and Disclosure Statement received May 20( period end date April 1)there is different statement:
March 31 st 2008
Outstanding 48,519,596.
I find this contradicting .
And next - if we add to 48,519,596 114 million shares which were issued on ticker received it comes to 162 519 596 shares . there is difference with o/s on 15th April 168, 518,988 - 5,989,392 shares. To whom these were issued??
can you give me clear O/s shares divison?

Regarding first part of my message, I see from LEGAL Opinion that ''A shareholders list provided by the Transfer agent as of March 31,2008 is the source of the outstanding stock of the Issuer''.
Why T/A O/S figures are different from companies ones???

And last - how you can comment T/A Heritage Trust info that O/S on 06/05/08 is 196,242,170????

Garr is over at the transfer agent going over everything. We confirm it is 169 million shares
Certified copy of 169 million shares will be posted in filings
Authorized was reduced and outstanding remains the same
