What? What I remember is that JG SIGNED that contract? I could be wrong but I got the feeling from the deposition that JG is trying to claim that he didn't sign the contract. Has something to do with his middle intial. But I could be wrong about that. By the way. The other thing that came up at the deposition was that CXO was NEVER dismissed.
