EarnestDD the "prior art" issue.......

you speak of is in regard to another company? The subject here is AERO Performance (Mufflers) not an Aero-engine exhaust jet noise reduction assembly (Jet Engines), google: "prior art" +AERO"................

Actually reading about both the AERO Turbine Exhaust and the AERO jet aircraft Engine patents, there are a lot of similarities and commonalities in both concepts. Apparently the AERO Exhaust patent must be a great concept for a jet aircraft engine maker to be paralleling the design concept of AERO Performance too........

PS - Company continues to maintain its PPS dispite some opinion here regarding dilution. I would predict that the PPS will rise before the next Q Report!!!!!!!!
