I've spoken to Sam about 3 times in the past month.

The reason I haven't posted is because there was nothing new to report except what I discussed in my last conversation with him Weds. of this week. I told him that everyone, including myself, was upset about all of the recent dilution and lack of news. He told me, as he has in the past, that nobody in Strat is getting any of it. It is all going into the company for reasons which will become apparent in an upcoming PR. Yes, a PR. When?, he wouldn't say except it will be soon.

When I told him that dilution at these prices seems to be the wrong way to get funding his answer was that he didn't like selling the stock at these prices but he had to for the furtherance of the company's objectives. He also said that he has a plan to raise the company's stock price with successive good news. Again, no timetable but it will be this year.

From the tone of the conversation I do think we will get some news soon and that it will be good. This makes me think that progress has been made because he has never been this affirmative about preparing a PR. I also think it could come anytime after June 9th or 10th which he said were Jewish holidays.

At this point I'm just waiting to see if what he said will happen. If it does, and the news is good, we may be in for some positive growth. Still optimistic that he can bring it off.
