I have asked DM about that in the past and he felt his hands were tied insofar as being able to comment on it.

I will ask again about any SEC action and how it affects API.

I do believe that the radio silence has been, in part, due to that whole fiasco. But that is just my opinion.

DM believes, as I do, that the assets of the co FAR outweigh the share price. "Undervalued" does not even begin to describe the absurdity.

But without audited financials who's going to believe you, especially on the pinks?

So, that is the other part of the radio silence: no more claims that can't be backed up with SEC quality financials.

Unfortunately, this is what we are still waiting on. I expect that to be the number issue addressed on Monday (the call)
