With current market cap of $2-3 million...trying to place twice that amount of common stock in the market would not make any sense at all to the preferred share holder.
Yes, preferred holders still have voting rights and common holder votes are small compared to them, but look at who has the most at risk.
It boils down to whether or not an investor really believes in a company and its ability to grow.
To me, if the company doubles in price...the preferreds double and the commons double regardless of the ratio of one to the other. It's all about the company being able to grow and deliver what it promises...so far, we are growing with plans to grow even more.
