The Addax drilling date makes sense to me. The Aban Abraham is being refurbished in Singapore (delay by now 1 1/2 years! I suggested to Addax to double the number of people working on the ship, the opportunity cost is becoming huge.). Departure from the wharf in July (best case) for ocean testing. One month trials. When all is OK a 2 months journey to the GOG. Afterwards the Kosmos drilling program..... and finally Addax. Q3FY09 looks not unrealistic to me. Hope a rig of opportunity will solve the issue.
