Looks like the old shell game to me. ORRV is buying the assets of DPBE for 100 mil. of stock & DPBE will become the shell. Just a way to start over with a new name & hopefully a higher price. ORRV has changed it's name 3 times in 3 years & had a 1:350 R/S. anyway we now own shares in both but I havn't seen it in my account yet, has anyone?
