The dilution is a definite problem for the PPS. Both now and in the future. What we don't know is how this OS increase has been implemented. Are the recent shares restricted? If so then the price drop is not really due to the OS increase. Possibly why Paul is saying the recent volume and drop is not due to dilution even though the os has increased.
