Live Tissue Bonding/Welding Equipment. The Live Tissue Bonding/Welding equipment must obtain the approval of the Federal Drug Administration (the “FDA”) before it can be sold to be used on humans in the United States. In June 2007, we filed a pre-market notification pursuant to Section 510(K) of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act with the FDA for such approval that we expect to be approved in the second quarter of 2008.
