You blew it OrionCEV; I was just about to announce my take-over bid of UPZS! My lawyers are putting together the offering as we speak. They just needed one more thing...any semblance of a particular value, in order to start the buy-out offer. We know they have (had?) a used computer...a carton of sample boxes, and some key-chains.
