i just spoke to sam hyams 905 761 9169 extention type in sam on your key pad and follow the promps ,o/s 700n to 800m he wasn't sure but roundabout. he has done several nobo obo lists and never discovered a naked shorter.
he will be making several announcements shortly in the very near future.
i asked about frank and jmcp, he said he would do business with anybody who showed him the 1m dollars but frank not yet.

he kept stumbling about objectives etc etc.
he said strat uk or strat scotland has nothing to do with sprl.
i asked about the run up last week he said i don't know why it ran up..

i asked about a reverse split, he would only say that he would do what he needed to do for the survival of the company,and he would not rule out a reverse split.

so the company is still there, the web site is up and functioning, and sam answered the phone immediately.
