My question: If there was a P&D recently by some outside investors, how did the O/S increase? Does Sam have some clause to release shares upon PPS increases? That just seems too big of a coincidence to be a pure P&D at the same time as the O/S increase. I would think it would more likely be a selling of shares by SPRL at a set price.
